TAX RETURN PREPARATION FEE: For completing your Federal and Missouri State 2021 individual income tax return my fee is $100.00 for services rendered 1/1/22 through 4/18/22 (I accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover Cards). Base fee includes preparing and e-filing tax return and includes the following forms and schedules: 1040/1040A/1040EZ, EIC, MO-1040/MO-1040A, MO-PTS, and/or MO-CRP. If your situation is more complicated, then you will know the fee before I begin. Usually the fee is the base fee plus an additional $25 for each necessary or advisable schedule or form not included in the base fee above. |

REFUND ANTICIPATION LOANS (RALs): Refund Anticipation Loans are often targeted at lower-income taxpayers, and With e-file and direct deposit, these taxpayers now have other ways to quickly access their cash. So, I suggest, if you are using a tax preparation service that offers RALs to their clients, you really ought to think about turning around and walking out their door and come to me at the Macon Tax Center where I have your best interest at heart. OFFICE HOURS: Tax return services are best arranged by appointment, but walk-ins are welcome during times I am not meeting with someone else. Usual Office Hours During Tax Season (1/1/22 to 4/18/22) are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (Later evening, Saturday, and yes even Sunday appointments may be available if arranged in advance during regular office hours). |
