This allows for clients to freely discuss needs without "watching the clock." $1,200.00 for an Individual Estate Planning Package $1,400.00 for a Couple Estate Planning Package
Trust Planning Package Revocable Living Trust Certificate of Trust Pour-Over Will Financial Durable Power of Attorney Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Transfer Documents (bill of sale & deed)
$1,600.00 for an Individual Package $2,000.00 for a Couple with a Joint Trust Package $3,000.00 for a Couple with Separate Trusts Package $1,200.00 for an Irrevocable or Supplemental Needs Trust
PERSONALIZED CONSULTING Personalized office consulting is also available for the hourly charge of $200.00. This service may include review of existing estate planning documents; discussion and analysis of estate planning objectives; business development; business formation; business preservation and transition; trust administration; probate representation including guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
